Terms: No refunds seven (7) days before the event. Strand lobby will open at 6:00PM for ticket pickup by person who ordered the tickets ONLY; that person is responsible for giving tickets to their guests. No tickets will be held for guests not accompanying the ticket purchaser. Ticket holder's may only sit in section of ticket purchased. Ushers will check all tickets as they seat guests. Guests sitting in section for which they do not have tickets will be required to move
