There are no physical tickets. Guest names must be provided to us by no later than October 1, 2014.
When you arrived at the hotel, enter the South portico (there will be signage) to pick up your name badge.
Guest substitutions will not be permitted unless we receive 24 hours notice by the person who made the ticket/table purchase.
Seating is assigned. Changing seats or adding additional seating at tables is not permitted. There is no guaranteed seating unless a premium table is purchased. Guests not invited to sit at a premium table will be assigned a table. Any guest who sits at a table different from the one to which they were assigned will be asked by security to move.
Video taping not permitted.
